What are the event details? Thursday June 9, 2016 from 9:00pm at Napa Valley College
How late do the doors stay open? The doors open at 9:00pm and close at midnight and will reopen at 5:00am. (See below if you must leave early.)
How do I buy tickets as online sales have closed? Tickets can be purchased at-the-door for $50 CASH or CHECK, with proper ID.
How does the entry system work? As you enter the event, you'll be checking in at the tables by school. Please look for your school or program. The smaller schools will be at the same table. You will need your ID to check in. You'll be asked to put your name on a raffle ticket which will be drawn throughout the evening. Check the prize board throughout the evening to see if you’ve won something.
Do I need to have a Signed Waiver to get in? You'll need to be sure to have the signed waiver ready when you check-in. If you are under 18, the waiver requires a parent signature. You'll find the waiver here, but we will have extras at the check-in table. If you have friends going that are under 18 and have not yet purchased, please help them (and us), by getting them a copy of the waiver to have signed before they attend.
Can I bring guests? Not unless they've already bought their ticket online. GUESTS MUST BE PRE-APPROVED THROUGH THE ONLINE TICKET SALE PROCESS. GUESTS MUST ALSO HAVE THE WAIVER FORM SIGNED. NO GUESTS WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE DOOR WITHOUT PRE-PURCHASE AND PRE-APPROVAL.
What about bags and backpacks etc.? Purses, bags/backpacks, outside food or beverages, and dangerous items will not be allowed in the venue. There will be a coat check for bags and purses and coats, but you are encouraged to leave items at home or hidden in your LOCKED vehicle. You should bring a sweatshirt or coat as it gets cold. The coat check is accessible all evening.
How do I make sure I can take part in certain activities? Signups for the Texas Hold'em tournament begin when the event opens, with a training session - for those that want to learn how to play - beginning at 10:00pm. The tournament itself runs from 11:00pm to 1:00am and is limited to 40 people. You'll need to signup to be able to play. The blackjack tables do not require a signup and continue for several hours. Training will be provided by the dealers, as needed, and you can simply join a table when there is an empty seat.
How do I claim a prize that I win? Grand prize drawings will be drawn at the end of the evening (4:30am). Prizes include bicycles, televisions, laptops, tablets, Bluetooth speakers, skateboards, fishing gear, and lots more. Must be present to win!
Can I leave early? The party ends at 5am and we require that if you leave early you check out first. If you are leaving early, those under 18 require a note from parents and a call will be placed at the time of your check-out. Unfortunately, there is no in & out privileges. If you leave, you'll not be able to return.
